The QWIN module and its CBDi capsules are pretty much the CBD equivalent to the popular Pax Era. Products like Juul (nicotine) and the Pax Era (THC) have become super popular in their respective markets, and they have both spurned countless copycats products, but until now we’ve never come across a competing device dedicated to CBD. With all of that said, there are lots of ways to ingest CBD, but the benefit of vaping is that you can micro-dose, meaning you can take small efficient dosages throughout the day as needed.

The QWIN module comes in very easy to open packaging. The company also throws in a sheet of fun stickers that you can use to decorate the device with. Size-wise, the QWIN module is about the same thickness as the Pax Era, but it’s shorter and wider. Overall, it’s still super pocket-friendly.

QWIN doesn’t advertise the device’s specific battery life, but it’s excellent. To that effect, we’ve been using it now for several weeks, taking a few puffs a day and haven’t had to charge it yet. The device charges when docked in a small proprietary “Magnetic Super Charger” which is powered by a micro-USB cable. But you better not lose its charger or else you won’t be able to charge it! We wish that they had made the device able to charge directly via a micro USB cable, just like the way the Pax Era charges.

There are 4 flavored CBDi capsules available for the QWIN, and they are all super tasty

There are 4 flavored CBDi capsules available for the QWIN, and they are all super tasty. All four flavors have been developed in Paris, which explains a lot. For example, the Island flavor tastes like tropical-flavored bubblegum. Shortcake tastes like strawberry and whipped cream, Arabica tastes like a creamy caffe latte, and Brisk tastes like Spearmint. Obviously, because the capsules are flavored, it’s a much more pleasant experience than vaping typical CBD.

Our biggest gripe with these CBDi capsules, however, is that they aren’t labeled, so once you remove them from their package – unless you puff on one, there’s no way to know which flavor it is.

But more important than flavors – if you’re going to ingest or vape anything, you want to know that it’s safe and quality ingredients. And when it comes to CBD unfortunately, not all CBD is equal. QWIN claims that their CBDi capsules contain CBD that is American grown, organic, naturally grown outdoors and pesticide-free, which is very reassuring.

The CBDi capsules are also full-spectrum CBD capsules. Research (and personal experience) have indicated that full-spectrum CBD is significantly more effective for treating pain, anxiety, etc., than non-full-spectrum CBD. With that said, we understand that each person has their own preference and sensitivity levels when it comes to CBD. Personally, we felt a slight, yet significant amount of anxiety and pain relief when vaping a few puffs from the CBDi capsules – but again, every person has different reaction levels to CBD. With that said, QWIN also offers a CBDRx Supergreen capsule which is supposed to be rich in terpenes and cannabinoids for a supposedly even stronger effect, but we didn’t receive a sample of one to try. Also, the CBDRx capsule is not full spectrum.

Bottom line

The QWIN module and its CBDi capsules are as ideal as it gets for discreetly micro-dosing full-spectrum CBD throughout the day. The QWIN module is easy to use, just like a Juul or a Pax Era, and it produces impressively smooth, tasty puffs of vapor with minimal effort.

The QWIN module itself retails for $24.99, and each individual CBDi capsule retails for $11.99 and contains 100MG of organic full-spectrum hemp oil (about 45 dosages per cartridge). Bundles are also available.
